Where you have a contract Ewopharma AG, we will collect personal data from you as a result of that contract.

Where Ewopharma AG has a contract with a member of the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries, Ewopharma may need to transfer personal data relating to healthcare professionals who have received value support from us for reporting requirements. Your consent form will contain greater detail.

Where Ewopharma AG is subject directly to reporting requirements on transfers of value to healthcare professionals, Ewopharma AG will retain your details for reporting in line with the applicable laws.

Where personal data of any nature is transferred outside of Ewopharma AG, Ewopharma AG shall take all necessary measures to ensure that it is properly protected under applicable privacy law. Where Ewopharma AG transfers the personal data outside of the EEA, it will ensure that the recipients are covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission. This means your personal data will be protected to the same level in that country as it would have been within the EEA.
